Lyrics: Grateful by Jordan St. Cyr

It’s not easy to come by
When you’re focused on what your neighbor has
Not easy to look for
When you’re living your life on Instagram
It’s evident we’ll never get the medicine
If we’re missing this key element
Help me find it every day

Before my feet hit the floor
Let my knees hit the ground
Before I take one more breath
Let your praises pour out
You’ve given me so much more than I could ever need
No matter how much I have I want my life to sing
Grateful, grateful, grateful
Grateful, grateful, grateful

It might seem foolish
To believe it changes anything
But I’ve seen the difference
That a grateful he make
It’s evident that everything You ever give
Has purpose, there’s no accidents
Help me see it every day

Let every gift you give
Point me back to the heart of the Giver
My hope is found in You
Let every dream withheld
Lead my soul to a new surrender
My hope is found in You
