Lyrics: Bless Me by JJ Hairston

Hallelujah! Is there anybody here
That needs a blessing from God?
The blessing that God gives,
No man can take from you.
Glory to God. Come on, choir, say “bless me.”

Bless me, Lord, bless me;
Even me, Lord, bless me.
Bless me, Lord, bless me;
Even me, Lord, bless me.

God is not like man;
He has more than one blessing.
He’s omnipotent;
He has the power to bless you, and bless me.

So I’m encouraged
When I see what God has done for you,
For I am confident
That he soon will bless me too.

Bless me, Lord, bless me;
Even me, Lord, bless me.
Bless me, Lord, bless me;
Even me, Lord, bless me.

The blessing of the Lord be upon us;
The favor of the Lord be upon us.
What He blesses cannot be cursed;
No man can take my blessing from me.

The blessing of the Lord be upon us. [x2]
I receive it… [x4]
It’s mine… [x4]
The blessing of the Lord be upon us. [x2]
