Fernandinho

Fernando Jerônimo dos Santos Júnior, professionally known as Fernandinho, is a Brazilian Christian singer, songwriter, music producer, worship leader and evangelical pastor. Born in Aracaju, Sergipe, on March 24, 1973, he became one of the prominent figures in contemporary Christian music in Brazil through a ministry centered on worship, biblical teaching and congregational music. He is particularly known for songs such as “Faz Chover,” “Uma Nova História,” “Teus Sonhos,” “Galileu,” “Todas as Coisas” and “Grandes Coisas,” which have become widely recognized within Brazilian gospel music.

Fernandinho is also the founder and leader of Ministério Faz Chover, a ministry that began from his involvement in church worship and developed into a broader musical and teaching ministry. Fernandinho was born in Aracaju, but his family moved several times during his childhood because of his father’s work. The family eventually settled in São Mateus, Espírito Santo, before moving to Campos dos Goytacazes in Rio de Janeiro when Fernandinho was still a teenager.
